4 Pounds Down!!!

So I've found this amazing website called SparkPeople.com!!! It is so wonderful and has really helped me to stay on track w/ being healthier. I am really watching my carbs and other foods that I eat, I am drinking TONS more water, and even trying to exercise more in my home. I have already lost 4 POUNDS this week!!! I know it's not a lot, but w/ just watching what I eat I feel so much better about myself-I feel a lot healthier!! Can't wait to lose more!!! :0)
