WE'RE BACK!!! I figured I better put up a new post before it officially becomes 2 months since my last post. And I promised Shayna so Shayna this is for YOU!! ;p)
We have gone through SO much during the last month or so. This will not entail everything, as it is getting late, but I will give a quick update and some pics.
Liam & Aram-These two babies continue to AMAZE me....just when I think that they couldn't possibly become any more energized than they are, they set out to prove me wrong. We haven't quite hit the walking stage yet, but we are definitely soooo close!! The boys' have toy trains that they can ride on for their birthday and they push these A L L over the house and are getting to the point where they are running with them-well at least as fast as their little legs will take them. Sometimes the front half of their bodies goes faster w/ the train and their legs get left behind and they've learned to drop down to their knees and keep themselves from totally biffing it!! Although this doesn't work every time..... Another favorite thing to do right now is to give Mommy a hard attack and climb on the couches. This would be totally fine w/ me except for the fact that 2 out of the 3 couches in the living room are NOT backed up to a wall and each day they become a little braver and I can just see them going over the back of the couch onto the hard tile floor. I think that I've already accepted that this will happen and I've been trying to mentally prepare myself. I know that boys play a lot differently than girls and they have really started acting more and more like little boys in their play-getting rougher in play at times and becoming braver at trying new things and what they can or cannot climb on-they believe that everything belongs to the first one. We've already found them on kitchen chairs, couches, benches...you name it. They are growing up so fast and looking more and more like little boys-pretty stinkin cute little boys!! ;p) (I may be biased....;p)
Josh-Time off from school and studying the BAR is THOROUGHLY being enjoyed!!! World Of Warcraft has become a favorite way to pass them time and he has really enjoyed the time spent playing w/ his siblings and our brother-in-law. We won't receive the BAR results until October.... :p(.......and so we are on the hunt for some kind of job until then-preferribly law related. Josh has emailed several law firms and faxed his resume and set up lunch opportunities. Some members of the ward have given us some ideas and possible contacts, so we're looking into those other avenues as well. What a FRUSTRATING time!!! Just takes a lot of prayers and Faith I guess that everything will work out in the end....
Harmoni-Two little guys almost walking pretty much consume most of my time!! ;p) Life is finally getting a little more settled and organized and we're starting to finally get into a llittle bit of niche. I started attending Curves with my Aunt Janet a few weeks ago and am LOVING it!!! What a great & wonderful program!! I've lost 7 more pounds since being home.....I kinda slacked for a bit....for a total weight loss so far of 37 pounds! It really hit me the other day how much I've accomplished when I realized that I only have about 40lbs to go to meet my overall goal. I know that may seem like a lot to some of you skinny minnies, but for someone a little more curvy like myself who started out with 80 pounds to lose-this is MAJOR!!! :p) I have also been attending an ADD class once a week on Wednesdays from 5-7 and have been learning a ton more about ADD. I am really starting to understand my self a WHOLE heck of a lot better and can start seeing why I am the way I am and why I do what I do and think the way I think. Sorry if that doesn't make any sense.... ;p) I've found some AMAZING books and I am really excited to be learing more on how to deal w/ my ADD and make my life better and more "liveable". Two of the books right now that I am reading that are absolutely amazing are: Healing ADD-The Breakthrough Program That Allows You to See and Heal the 6 Types of ADD by Daniel G. Amen, M.D. and You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid, or Crazy?! by Kate Kelly & Peggy Ramundo. I am just eating up and loving all of the information that I am finding and cannot even BEGIN to tell you the relief and hope that this brings to me!!!! :p) (Oh and I also had a GREAT birthday in the middle of there somewhere and turned the big 24. I'll post more on that later....)
We also had the awesome opportunity of going on a big Osborn family campout last weekend which included Josh's parents, his brother and sister, his married/7 months pregnant sister w/ her hubby and 23-month old son, and Josh and the boys and I. Although camping in the "tenting it" style w/ 2 babies is no where near easy and fully relaxing, it was fun and we did all end up having a BLAST!!! It's been forever since I've been real camping w/ tents and all. And while we were up there, I realized that this was the first camping trip that Josh and I had been on in our almost 5 years of marriage. (Camping on the ward campout in KS does NOT count-I'm talking about REAL camping!!) We made S'mores & hobo dinners, roasted hot dogs on wire coat hangers, and watched a movie while sipping hot cocoa. YES- I said watched a movie!! I guess not everyone camps w/ a computer nerd for a husband who takes his laptop and another computer monitor and heaven only knows how many cords and cables to allow us to enjoy a nice movie in the great wild outdoors!! (Thanks Huney!! It was really fun and quite the experience!!)
Well, it really is getting late and I better wrap this up so that I can keep my promise to a certain best friend of mine in Lawrence,KS of posting a new post this weekend on our blog. Sorry I'm pushin it so far Shayna! Thanks for helping me be a better me!!! That's one of the many reason why I love ya!! ;p)
Nightie Night!!
(And I promise to be better!! My "goal" is once a week......if I put it in quotations then I won't feel so bad if I don't get it done...;p) Thanks to everyone who has such cute blogs and constant posts. You're great examples to me and I hope to be like you someday!! :p)
That is pretty much the last month and a half in a nut shell. It's been G R E A T having Josh back and in our family again! ;p) We missed him terribly!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite what some may think we did NOT drop off the face of the Earth or become hosts to body-snatching aliens....

I'm SO happy to hear all the updates of your family - I miss you guys! It seems like so much time has passed now since we've seen you. You look totally amazing with your new hairdo, Harmoni!
And I guess I'm not the only one whose husband loves World of Warcraft! Mike plays it with his siblings as well.
