Yummy healthy snack ideas & menu planner/grocery list ideas

I was wondering if you could help me w/ some great and healthy snack ideas for the boys. I need some new things....kinda in a rut. I would really appreciate it! Also I was wondering if anyone has a layout that they use for planning weekly menus and doing grocery lists.

THANKS!!! :p)

Well, I am real bad at the healthy snacks because I am allergic to all fresh fruits and veggies, but I do try to give Nyah just fresh fruits and veggies, though she says she wants carrots all the time and will never eat them. Haha. If you go to google and type in "grocery list' there are numerous website you can go to that breaks things down in category and then you can print it off. It makes things so much easier to find in the store too. I have tried a few different ones, so just find which works best for you!

I have a shopping list page that I could email to you if you want! Let me know your email address, and I'll see if I can email it to you!

P.S. My motivation was that I hadn't cleaned my showers or tubs in a couple weeks; they were grossing me out! I decided that instead of writing "clean the bathrooms" on my list, i'd write "clean the showers, clean the tubs, clean the toilets, etc" so that it didn't look like a huge task!

these ideas aren't at all original, but they are what we have been eating lately:
mini bagels with flavored cream cheese (I don't think I have ever bought the strawberry cream cheese before and the kids love it)

Yogurt parfaits: I usually mix a plain yogurt from a big tub with some flavored yogurt to reduce the sugar. Then add fruit (banana and or frozen berries) and grapenuts or granola

Whole wheat pita pockets with melted cheese. My kids far prefer this over a cheese tortilla and I think it is healthier because of the whole wheat.

Thanks guys!! Kim-my email is harmoni_nichole@yahoo.com. I really appreciate the responses!! And as for Shayna and Erin-I totally knew you guys would-you just have such great ideas all the time!! ;p) You're my heroes!!!

I've also found a really awesome website called savingdinner.com. It was recommended by Flylady for those who know who this awesome person is and I really like it. She recommends doing one meal a week w/ beans and rice and shares how to make them yummier and do a variety. Our food stamps end this month and so I am having to do a grocery budget now....ANY tips/advice? I thought about getting the Sunday paper to get the coupons....does anyone else do this?
